The Investment Incentives Act is repealed.

(2)

Anything done under the Investment Incentives Act (repealed by this

Order) shall, upon the commencement of this Order, continue to be of full force and effect until other provis~ons has been made therefor under this Order .

Made this 28th. day of Safar, 1422 Hijriah corresponding to the 22nd. day of

May, 2001 at Our Istana Nurul Iman, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
