Notwithstanding the provhdQn of 1ectlon 11 of the Customs Aet or any written laws or regulations ln force, a pioneer enterprise and An export enterprise shall be exempt from the payment of import duties on raw materials imported for use in the pioneer enterprise to be used ln the production of a pioneer product specified in the pioneer certincate:
pioneer enterprise
"pioneer enterprise" means any company which has been approved by the Minister and to which a pioneer certificate has been issued under section 5;

export enterprise
"export enterprise" means any company which has been approved by the Minister and to which an export certificate has been issued under section 40;
pioneer enterprise
"pioneer enterprise" means any company which has been approved by the Minister and to which a pioneer certificate has been issued under section 5;
pioneer product
"pioneer product" means a product declared under section 4 to be a pioneer product;
