s 113Publication of list of Islamic banks

(1)

The Authority shall cause to be published in the Gazette in each year a list of all Islamic banks to which licences have been issued under this

Act.

(2)

If any licence is issued, revoked or surrendered during the interval between the publication of two such lists, notice thereof shall also be caused to be published by the Authority in the Gazette.
