128. Savings

All regulations, instructions, orders and decisions made under or in accordance with the Islamic Banking Act (Chapter 168) (repealed by the

Islamic Banking Order, 2008 (S 96/2008)) remain valid and binding and are deemed to have been made under the provisions of this Act, unless they are amended or repealed herein, or until they are amended or repealed.
