s 33Failure to appear before Registrar within prescribed period

Any person who, being required under section 29 to appear before a

Registrar, fails to do so without reasonable grounds is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment not exceeding 3 months or both.
