Declaration under Section 3

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 3 of the

Town and Country Planning (Development Control) Act (Cap. 143), I being of the opinion that the area described in the Schedule herein should be subject to development control, hereby declare the said area to be a Development Control Area for the purpose of the Town and Country Planning Regulations No. 3

Control of Development and Use of Land and Buildings and to be designated the Jalan Muara

Development Control Area.

All that land area to the north of a line from ]alan Pulaie to ]alan

Kampong Celima Dua and to the west of ]alan Kebangsaan Lama to boundary of Kampong Anggerek Desa and ]alan Berakas Develop·

ment Control Area as illustrated by Gazette Plan No. BRU/292/Bl.A deposited in the Survey Department, Brunei Darussalam and available for inspection in the Town and Country Planning Depart·

ment, Brunei Darussalam.
