Appointment under Section 4

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 4 of the

Town and Country Planning (Development Control) Act \143), I ap-point the following persons to constitute the Competent Authority in respect of Jalan Muara Development Control Area and to be known as the 'Jalan Muara Development Control Competent Authority'.
