Any employer who fails to comply with any order made by the
Commissioner in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter or who makes with a worker a contract contrary to the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $1,500 and imprisonment for 6
months.
