If the Land Officer is opposed or impeded in taking possession under this Act of any land he shall apply to the
Land Officer
"Land Officer" means the officer in charge of the Land Office and includes any officer specially appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan to perform the functions of a Land Officer under this Act;
Commissioner of Police, who shall enforce the surrender of the land to the Land Officer.
