Land Code (Strata) {Fees, Charges and Rents) Regulations, 2009

s 1These Regulations may be cited as the Land Code {Strata) {Fees, Charges and

Rents) Regulations, 2009 and shall commence on the same day as the Land Code

(Strata) Act.

The fees, charges and rents respectively set out in Schedules 1, 2 and 3 are the fees, charges and rents applicable to the items respectively set out in those

Schedules.
