The text as we hold it

The right to use an eligible layout design under section 19-

{a)

is both non-exclusive and non-assignable;

(b)

is limited to the purposes specified in that section;

{c)

is subject to the terms of any authorisation under that section;

{d)

does not permit the sale of the layout design to the public; and

(e)

is limited to use of the layout design predominantly in

Brunei Darussalam.
