s 58Rules of Court

(1)

The Chief Justice may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, make Rules Court-

(a)

regulating the practice and procedure of the High Court under this

Order;

(b)

with respect to any matter or thing which is required or permitted by the Fourth Schedule to be prescribed by rules;

{c)

without limiting the generality of this section, with respect to High

Court fees and costs and with respect to meetings ordered by the High

Court; and 5330

{d)

generally with respect to the winding-up of limited liability partnerships.
