ORDER, 1972

Declaration Under Section 3

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 3 of the Town and Country Planning No. $.131/72.

(Development Control) Order, 1972, I, being of the opinion that the areas described in the schedule herein should be subject to development control, hereby declare the said areas to be Development

Control Areas for the purpose of the Town and

Country Planning Regulations No. 3 — Control of Development and Use of Land and Buildings, and to be designated the Main Road Development

Control Areas.

Five hundred yards each side from the centre line of the following roads :—

Area 1

Jalan Gadong from the Bandar Seri Begawan

Municipal Boundary to the Eastern boundary of Gadong Estate;

Area 2

Jalan Berakas from the Bandar Seri Begawan

Municipal Boundary to the entrance of Berakas

Camp;

Area 3

Jalan Kota Batu from its junction with Jalan

Muara to the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal

Boundary;

Area 4

Jalan Seria from the Tutong District Boundary to Sungai Bera;

Area 5

Jalan Tutong from the Brunei/Muara District

Boundary to the Tutong Municipal Boundary.
