MAINTENANCE ORDERS RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT NOTIFICATION, 2020

s 1Citation and commencement

This Notification may be cited as the Maintenance Orders Reciprocal

Enforcement Notification, 2020 and shall commence on the day it is made.

s 2Designation of reciprocating country

The country specified in the Schedule is hereby designated as a reciprocating country for the purposes of the Act as regards maintenance orders generally.
