For the discharge of its functions or duties under this Act or any other written law, the Authority may with the approval of the Minister of Finance, raise loans from the Government or, raise loans from banks and other financial institutions (whether in Brunei Darussalam or elsewhere) by -

Authority of Brunei Darussalam

(a)

mortgage, overdraft or otherwise;

(b)

charge, whether legal or equitable, on any property vested in the ~ u t h o r i t ~ o r on any revenue receivable by the ~ u t h o r i t ~

under this Act or any other written law;

(c)

or the creation and issue of debentures or bonds.
