s 12The wages due under a crew agreement to a seaman to whom these

Regulations apply shall be paid to him in full and accounts thereof shall be delivered in accordance with sections 60 and 61 as if the reference to the time of discharge in those sections is a reference to the day the seaman is returned or 14 days, whichever is the earlier.
