The publication of the list under section 4 shall Pu.blicatil:!n until the contrary is proved be evidence that the persons ~~id:/~c~r named therein are registered under the Act, and the abs-registration ence of the name of any person from such list shall be until the contrary is proved evidence that such person is not so registered.
The register and all copies thereof or extracts therefrom certified under the hand of the Registrar shall be receivable in evidence in all courts of Brunei.
