50. Offences under this Part

Any person who contravenes section 46(2), (3) or (4), 47(2)

or (3), 48(2) or 49(3) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
