The Minister may appoint the whole or any part of any premises to be —
a Government community mental health centre; or
Government community mental health centre
“Government community mental health centre” means any premises appointed to be a Government community mental health centre under section 30(a);
a private community mental health centre, and a notification of the appointment shall be published in the Gazette.
