Except for any of the purposes of this Act or of any civil or criminal proceedings under this Act, no Visitor shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties under this Act.
Visitor
“Visitor” means any member of a Board appointed as such under regulations made under this Act;

A Visitor who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
