Merchant Shipping (Discharge Books) Regulations, 2007 · As enacted

The holder of a discharge book shall produce it on demand at any time to
the Director; or
the master of the ship in which the holder of the discharge book is employed.
The holder of a discharge book who fails to produce it when required to do so in accordance with this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.
