REGULATIONS, 1988

!Registration of Government Ships) Regulations, 1988 and shall come into operation on 1st day of October, 1988.

"Act" means the Merchant Shipping Act.

"Government Ship" means and includes a ship, or classes of ships, belonging to the Government but not including ships belonging to the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and the Royal

Brunei Police Force.
