Upon the transfer of a registered Government ship by bill of sale, the Government shall be the transferor and the bill of sale shall be in the prescribed form, omitting the covenant therein contained.
Any such bill of sale shall be signed by the Permanent Secretary,
Ministry of Communications on behalf of the Government.
