The Registrar may -

(a)

send a copy of the demand for payment of the annual tonnage tax to any person appearing as a mortgagee in the ship's register at the address recorded therein; or

(b)

exempt any ship or person from any of the provisions of these

Regulations and may impose such conditions as he may consider to be expedient.

Issue of certificate of deletion.
