Every application to the Registrar to approve the name of a ship shall be made in such form and manner and accompanied by such particulars as the
Registrar may determine and the applicant shall specify a name which 1s m
Roman letters, and any numerals shall be in Roman or Arabic numerals.
Registrar may require change of name or refuse to approve proposed name.
