s 23Regulations 24 to 29 shall apply to any ship which-

{a}

is registered under the law of a country other than Brunei Darussalam, hereinafter referred to as the country of original registry;

{b}

is chartered on bareboat charter terms to a charterer who is a person qualified to own Brunei Darussalam ships; and

{c) if owned by a person who is qualified to own Brunei Darussalam ships, may be registered under Pa.rt II of the Order.
