Section 33

Where no application is made to terminate the suspension of the registry of a

Brunei Darussalam ship or to extend the date of termination of the suspension within 60 days of the date of termination of the suspension recorded in the register, the registry of the ship shall be deemed to be closed except in relation to

· any unsatisfied mortgages entered therein and the Registrar shall make an entry thereof in the register.
