It shall be an offence for a person to —
aid, abet, counsel or procure the commission in any place outside Brunei Darussalam of an offence punishable under a corresponding law in force in that place; or
do an act preparatory to, or in furtherance of, an act outside
Brunei Darussalam which if committed in Brunei Darussalam would constitute an offence against this Act.
