s 19Accounts of Fund

(1)

The Majlis shall open and maintain such bank accounts for the Fund as it thinks fit.

(2)

All moneys received for the application of the Fund by or for the Majlis shall be deposited into the account of the Fund.

(3)

Payment by the Majlis for an amount exceeding $50 shall be made by cheque.

(4)

Cheques issued on the account of the Fund shall be signed by the

President or the Vice-President and the Secretary to the Majlis.
