Declaration Under Section 3

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by

Section 3 of the Town and Country Planning (Deve-lopment Control Order, 1972, I, being of the opinion that the area described in the schedule herein should be subject to development control, hereby declare the said area to be a Development Control Area for the purpose of the Town and Country Planning

Regulations No. 3 -

Control of Development and

Use of Land and Buildings and to be designated the Muara Development Control Area.

SCHEDU LE

All that land area to the east of a line from

Brunei Bluff to the summit of Bukit Tempayan

Pisang and southwards to Brunei Bay, including

Pulau Muara Besar and Tanjong Pelumpong, as illustrated by Gazette Plan No. MISC PLAN NO.

116 deposited in the Survey Department, Brunei·and available for inspection in the Town and Country

Planning Department, Brunei.

Where the boundary of the Development Con-trol Area includes a part of any piece of land, the whole of that land shall be deemed to be included within the Development Control Area.
