In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by

Section 4 of the Town and Country Planning (De-velopment Control) Order 1972, I appoint the following persons to constitute the Competent

Authority in respect of Muara Development Control

Area and to be known as the 'Muara Development

Control Competent Authority'.
