s 2In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"authorised officer" means an officer of a mutual fund approved in writing notified to the Authority and authorised to sign on behalf of the mutual fund;

11trust corporation" means a person licensed under the Registered Agents and

Trustees Licensing Order, 2000 (S 54/2000).
