This Act may be cited as the National Bank of
Citationand
Brunei Berhad ; National Finance Sendirian Berhad Act.
application
This Act and any regulation made hereunder shall, subject to any limitation expressly imposed thereon by the terms hereof, apply to all persons, notwithstanding they may not be citizens or residents of Brunei Darussalam.
