NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF THE GRANTING OF MINERAL RIGHTS BY

HIS MAJESTY THE SULTAN AND YANG DI-PERTUAN IN COUNCIL

It is hereby notified that His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in

Council has, on the 16th. March, 2009, renamed the designated area referred to as

Block K to be Block CA2.

It is hereby further notified that His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council has, pursuant to section 3(1), on the 16th. March, 2009, amended the co-ordinates of the designated area referred to as Block CA2 by allocating the following new co-ordinates in substitution for the co-ordinates allocated to
