Notification of appointment of Authority

In exercise of the power conferred by section 4{1) of the Environmental

Protection and Management Order, 2016, the Minister of Development, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby appoints the

Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation to be the Authority responsible for the administration of that Order with effect from 19th. September, 2016.
