Notification of appointment of Competent Authority

It is hereby notified for public information that, in exercise of the power conferred by section 12(4) of the Old Age Pensions and Disability Allowances
Act, the Minister of Home Affairs, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, has appointed the following persons to be the Competent
Authority for the purposes of section 12(1) and (2) of that Act with effect from the date of commencement of the Old Age and Disability Pensions Act (Amendment}
Order, 2021 -

Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs, who shall be the
Chairman ;

Deputy Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs, who shall be the
Deputy Chairman ;

Director of Immigration and National Registration ;
Director of Community Development ;

Head of Security and Welfare Division, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Notification of appointment of Competent Authority

It is hereby notified for public information that, in exercise of the power conferred by section 12(4) of the Old Age Pensions and Disability Allowances
