Notification of appointment of Director of the Competition Commission of Brunei Darussalam

In exercise of the power conferred by section 611) of the Competition Order,

2015, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan has been graciously pleased to appoint the Director of the Department of Competition and Consumer Affairs in the Department of Economic Planning and Statistics to be the Director of the

Competition Commission of Brunei Darussalam for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of that Order with effect from 5th. December, 2019.
