Notification of appointment of members of Board of Directors of

Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam

It is hereby notified for public information that in exercise of the power conferred by section 11(1) of the Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam Order,

2010, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan has been graciously pleased to appoint the following persons to be members of the Board of Directors of the

Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam —

Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran

Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka

Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Senior

Minister, Office of the Prime Minister, as Chairman ;

Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang

Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman, Minister of Education, as Deputy Chairman ;

Yang Berhormat Dato Paduka Awang Haji Ali bin Haji Apong, Minister of

Primary Resources and Tourism ;

Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd. Roselan bin Haji Mohd. Daud,

Deputy Minister (Corporate, PENGGERAK and Economy) Office of the Prime

Minister ;

Yang Arif Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Metussin bin Haji Baki, Syariah High

Court Judge ;

Yang Mulia Awang Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sulaiman, Permanent Secretary

(Economy and Finance}, Office of the Prime Minister in his capacity as the

Chairman of the Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies ;

Yang Mulia Awang Yusof bin Haji Abd. Rahman, the Managing Director of the Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam, with effect from 1st. January, 2016 until 31st. December, 2016.

It is hereby further notified for public information that the appointment referred to in the notification published as No. S 321/2014 in Part IV of

Government Gazette dated 15th. March, 2014 is revoked with effect from 31st.

December, 2015.

Dated this 12th. day of Rejab, 1437 Hijriah corresponding to the 20th. day of

April, 2016.
