Notification of appointment of members of Board of Directors of

Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam

It is hereby notified for public information that in exercise of the power conferred by section 11(1) of the Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam Order,

2010, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan has been graciously pleased to appoint the following persons to be members of the Board of Directors of the

Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam —

Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran

Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka

Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Senior

Minister, Office of the Prime Minister, as Chairman;

Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang

Yang Mulia Awang Yusof bin Haji Abd. Rahman, the Managing Director of the Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam, with effect from 1st. January, 2016 until 31st. December, 2016,

It is hereby further notified for public information that the appointment referred to in the notification published as No. § 427/2016 in Part IV of

Government Gazette dated 30th. April, 2016 is revoked with effect from 31st.

December, 2015.
