Notification of appointment of members of Competition Commission of

Brunei Darussalam

In exercise of the power conferred by section 3(2) of the Competition Order,

2015, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan has been graciously pleased to appoint the following persons to be members of the Competition

Commission of Brunei Darussalam with effect from 3rd. October, 2020 —

Dayang Nik Hafimi binti Abdul Haadii, who shall be the Chairman ;

Pengiran Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani ;

Dr Dayang Hajah May Fa'ezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin ;
