Notification of appointment of Authority

In exercise of the power conferred by section 3(1) of the Electricity Order,

2017, the Minister of Energy, Manpower and Industry, with the approval of His

Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby appoints Autoriti Elektrik Negara

Brunei Darussalam to be the Authority responsible for the purposes of that Order with effect from Ist. July, 2018.

day of January, 2019.
