The Minister of Finance and Economy shall cause to be paid to the
Specialist Centre such moneys as may be approved by the Government as grants-in-aid to the Specialist Centre.
All moneys provided for under subsection (1) may be applied or expended by the Specialist Centre for all or any of the purposes of the
Specialist Centre.
