s 3Establishment of Specialist Centre

(1)

There is hereby established a centre to be known as the Pantai

Jerudong Specialist Centre which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and shall, by that name, be capable of -

(a)

suing and being sued;

(b)

acquiring, owning, holding, developing or disposing of property, both movable and immovable; and

(c)

doing all such other acts or things as a body corporate may lawfully do.

(2)

The Specialist Centre shall comprise such medical centres as set out in Schedule I for the purposes of this Act.
