Any pawnbroker who receives a valuable article from a pawner by way of security and grants him a sum of money as a loan ensuring the repayment of the loan or any part thereof from such article and undertakes to transfer such article to the pawner on the repayment of the loan and other dues shall be deemed to have made an agreement of pawn under this Order.
