The rights, powers and benefits conferred by this Order on a pawner shall be deemed to be conferred on the assignee of a pawner and on the executors and administrators of a deceased pawner:
Provided that any such person shall produce to the pawnbroker the assignment, probate or letters of administration of the estate, or other instrument under which he so claims.
