Any provision or the interpretation of any provision in this Order which is inconsistent with Hukum Syara' shall be invalid to the extent it is so inconsis-tent.
On any matter which is not expressly provided for in this Order or in any rule made thereunder, the Court shall follow Hukum Syara'.
