Every operator of a designated payment system shall pay to the
operator
“operator”, in relation to a payment system, means a person who operates the payment system;
Authority such annual fees as may be prescribed and in such manner as may be specified by the Authority.

“Authority” means the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank established under the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank Order, 2010;

The Authority may, where it considers appropriate, refund or remit in whole or in part any annual fee paid or payable under subsection (1).
