The text as we hold it

Whoever makes false document, or part of a document -

(a)

with intent -

(i)

to cause damage or injury to the public or to any person;

(ii)

to support any claim or title;

(iii)

to cause any person to part with property; or

(iv)

to enter into any express or implied contract; or

(b)

with intent to commit fraud, or that fraud may be committed, commits forgery.
