s 260Using as genuine Government stamp known to be counterfeit

Whoever uses as genuine any stamp, knowing it to be a counterfeit of any stamp issued by Government for the purpose for which it is ordinarily used, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years and fine.
