Whoever without lawful authority or excuse sells, or offers or exposes for sale, any article which bears a design resembling any currency, bank note or coin, current use in Brunei Darussalam or elsewhere, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, fine of
$4,000 or both.
